My background is a patchwork quilt of education, training, work experience and personal life experiences. Although I certainly didn’t start out to become a life transitions coach, I can look back and see how all the pieces somehow came together.

My most valuable life lessons have come from my own personal struggles with difficult life transitions, including divorce and job changes, and from parenting as a single mom.   I truly believe that the relationships and experiences that challenge us the most also give us blessings of personal truth and spiritual growth.  Like most anyone, I sometimes think that my life has been filled with more than my fair share of these opportunities, but I am also grateful for the blessings.
